Actress Nithya Menon seen who started her career with’ Ala Modalaindi’ is in trouble as she may be banned from Malayalam films. Two of her Malayalam films, Bachelor Party and Ustad Hotel have been directly affected. Apparently the Producers Council slapped the ban on her when she refused to meet some producers who had dropped in to discuss a project with her while she was shooting for a film, Tatsamayam Oru Penkutty.However, the Actors Association and the exhibitors have stood by her saying that her behavior and conduct have been above reproach. They added that actors and films should not be punished over petty issues. Looks like things are heating up in Kerala over this ban
