Director Played With Heroine's Lifegos
The debut project is the most crucial and important for any actress and usually a lot depends on the director of that film. However, there are times when certain starlets come with full faith on the director only to return empty handed. That seems to be the case with the NRI beauty Shubra Aiyappa.
Apparently, she was the leading lady for the film ‘Rey’ marking the debut of Sai Dharam Tej into cinema. This is directed by YVS Chowdary. It is heard that Shubra who was on a visit visa to India was keen on wrapping up the film but that didn’t work. On the other hand, buzz is that YVS didn’t allow Shubra to sign any other project since he was keen on casting her through his film only.
Now, Shubra’s visa has reached expiry date and the film is incomplete. To add to the woes, she has been replaced by another girl named Saiyami Kher. At the end of the day, cine sources say Shubra lost her time, could not get her first film onscreen and now she is back to her country. Sad but true…
