Synopsis:
Sarocharu is the story of a foot ball coach Karthik (Ravi Teja). He meets a girl Sandhya (Kajal Agarwal) in Switzerland who instantly falls for him. When Sandhya is trying to woo Karthik in to love, he narrates his past in which he gets married to Vasu (Richa Gangopadhyay) and their divorce. Sandhyal feels dejected and when things go on like this Karthik has one more shock in store for Sandhya. This time, she gets angry with him and moves away from Karthik. She then agrees to marriage with her Bava, Gautam (Nara Rohit). And what happens next forms the actual story.

How did they perform?
Sarocharu is a total contrast to earlier Ravi Teja’s movies. The character of Karthik is mostly subtle and is totally different to the mass image of Ravi Teja. But he got in to the skin of this new character and performed very well. Kajal was okay in the role of Sandhya. Some times, her action seem to be slightly overboard. And there is one more heroine Richa Gangopadhyay. Some how she looked very plump and out of shape. Her make up is terrible and action is equally bad.
Nara Rohit makes a guest appearance. A very brief role. Well written and nicely performed too. Jayasudha, Chandra Mohan played little insignificant roles. Chitram Srinu and MS Narayana just appeared and vanished.

Technical Performances:
The subject of the story is pretty good. The entire first half is dealt with romance and few half baked fun episodes. The second half has more of sentiment and emotional orientation. Parasuram had attempted a family oriented subject just like his earlier movie, Solo. The hero character has Puri Jagan’s brand characterization in some scenes and behaves like Venkatesh most of the times.Some how, he could not convincingly narrate the point.
Vijay K Chakravarthi’s cinematography is on topnotch with rich and colorful look. Parassuram’s dialogues are good and added strength to the film. He handled the emotional scenes quite well. Editing could have been crispier in the second half. Devi Sri Prasad’s songs are okay but the background score is pretty normal.

Final Say:
The first half of the movie is just about okay and the second half is filled with emotions. The director should have added enough comedy content to the story to keep the audience engrossed. The movie almost seems like the same template of Parasuram’s earlier movie, Solo. We will have to see how the movie fares at the box office!
Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum Movie Review

If Reddeppa (Milind Gunaji) mixes business, politics and crime, Krish Jagarlamudi mixes theatre drama, dance and a bit of anger and angst in KVJ.  The trailers deluded us into believing that we are in for an aggregate of Akali Rajyam kinda frustration and Osei Ramulamma kinda rebellion.  It turns out that KVJ is more a measured tribute to Surabhi (a theatre form) rather than a tantalizing take on a crony capitalist regime that defrauds the nation and beefs up the coffers of bandicoots.

It is an irony that while Krish is a cerebral individual in real life, his heroes are invariably self-centered, and who always have to be awakened by the heroine's prose or someone else's poetic words.  It would not matter much in a film like Gamyam if the male lead is just another cynic who is guiltless about his lowly preoccupations.  A canvas like KVJ requires a hero who comes with a mind of his own, rather than end up seeming like an accidental hero.

In the fantastic world of Bellary, Reddeppa, a notorious amasser of one lakh crore, is silly enough to enter the battlefield, waiting to slug it out with whoever wants to dare him.  At times, he is sans his security guards and common sense.  As if one such unthinking character is not enough, there is Devika, who breaks into dances with her man at the drop of a hat.  Suffice it to say that KVJ's screenplay is a reminder of run-of-the-mill villainy, sadism and fun, not to forget the oldish elements of revenge against the killer of parents.

Devika (Nayanatara) adds spice with her voluptuous looks, and as she leers away at the handsome hunk, one wants to ask, "who is more rapacious - Reddeppa or Devika?"  As for N Narayana Murthy-like daring, there is none.  Oh yes, Krish shows chutzpah - by having a song for Reddeppa!

Littered with bright romance in the songs (which somehow don't excite), filled at many places with not-so-interesting comedy, KVJ is thankfully elevated by some superb lines, Mani Sharma's nimble BG score, Rana's intensity in emotional and action sequences, and two twists that perk up the entertainment quotient.  Without the theatre scenes, which are exalting and dexterous, KVJ would have been nothing more than old wine in an old bottle.  That the Surabhi element enriches the narrative is a bonus!

B. Tech. Babu (Rana) wants to abandon his legacy, settle down for work in America and earn in dollars.  As destiny would have it, he ends up moving to Bellary to perform in the grand Navratri series of sequences as per the last wish of his grandfather.  As he starts his work there in the lawless world, he accidentally ends up locking horns with Reddeppa's thugs on the one hand and on the other, bumps into Nayanatara, the bold and idealistic documentary-maker, who wants to uncover the unknown past and illegal activities of Reddeppa.

How his encounter with Devika, the sole conscience-keeper in this country of "450 news channels", transforms Rana's thinking and consequently truncates the villain's life forms the rest of the story.

KVJ's strength lies in its being artistic and angsty, albeit in bits and pieces.  The chaste Telugu is amazing, brightened up by Rana's impeccable dialogue delivery.  Kota's idealism, Devika's inner personality, LB Sriram's 'insane' devotion for earth, and the bonhomie among the Surabhi group members - they all work fine.   The dialogues (by Burra Sai Madhav) are its biggest asset, though they are not consistently superb.  "Koneru talli astikalane matti lo kalipesaru", is one such dialogue.  'Thindi lekapoyina parva ledu, mattini adigithe pettuddi.  Matte lekapothe?" is another.  The scene in the police station works fine.

KVJ's weakness lies in its being not substantial.  For most part, it keeps us wondering which character will be caught hold by which character in the endless cat and mouse chase.  One feels that the interlacing of the theatre scenes should have been more exciting, nuanced and straightforward - the kind of refreshing juxtaposition (between film and reality) that we saw in Rang De Basanti.

Rana looks fit for the role for most part.  There is a sparkle on his face that is not welcome here.  He looks energetic and overpowering in all the action sequences, which are well-choreographed.  Nayana is gorgeous but speaks only one good sentence.  She dubs for herself and succeeds in it.

Milind Gunaji as the main villain and the bunch of comedians (read Raghu Babu, Brahmi, Posani, Sathyam Rajesh) are good.  One remembers nothing about Murali Sharma except his dubbing.

As already mentioned, Mani raises the quotient at many moments.  Gnana Sekhar's cinematography and Sravan's editing are fine.

What is Damarukam About?
Andhakasura is a dreaded demon who wanders in an invisible form even after the expulsion of entire demon tribe. He comes to know that when planets in the sky forms a particular shape (Panchagraha Kootami), he takes shape and gets the power of ‘Panchabhoothalu’ and becomes super powerful. He should marry a girl Maheswari (Anushka) born at that moment to become the emperor of the entire Universe. Only Lord Shiva can eliminate him. So, he executes the elimination through the hero, Mallikarjuna (Nagarjuna).

How Did They Perform?
Nagarjuna had delivered a matured performance in the role of Malli. He got in to the skin of the character and moulded himself to the role. Even in the age of 50 plus, his dedication is clearly seen in maintaining six pack and donning the Aghora get up to perfection. It takes a huge toll on the body in such age to act in this kinda role. However, he delivered it with ease.
Anushka looked beautiful in the role of Maheswari but had very little to do performance wise. Prakash Raj is good as Lord Shiva and can be termed as a decent portrayal. Ravi Shankar should take the huge honours for the role of Andhakasura. His body language, diction, acting every thing suited to perfection and had many times dominated every other character in the movie.
Comedy by Brahmanandham, MS Narayana, Raghu Babu and others is good too. Rest of the actors are okay in their roles.

Technical Performances:
Srinivasa Reddy made a name for himself as comedy director with back-to-back small-budget comedy hits like Adirindayya Chandram, Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila and Yamagola Malli Modalaindi. Getting a chance to direct a star like Nagarjuna is a dream come true for him. And it can be easily said he grabbed it with both the hands. He seem to have done good research with the story and is able to execute the script perfectly. He had taken care of every aspect of the movie very well and came out with flying colours.
Devi Sri Prasad is one of the unsung heroes of the movie. His songs are too good and back ground score is awesome and elevated the movie range to next level. This movie happens to be his 50th movie and it lived up to the promise. Chota K Naidu with all his experience is the best choice for the cinematography. Graphics by Firefly are top notch. Editing by Gautam Raju is good too.

Final Say:
The movie began and took off very well. There were certain predictable moments later on but they were never a burden to the flow of the movie. And the director had made sure the scenes leading to Interval and the interval bang are turned out well. The second half also started with similar promise and turned out interesting as the story unfolds. The last 30 minutes or so is absolutely stunning and is the heart of the movie. Finally, after all the initial hiccups, Nagarjuna has a winner in his hand. Go watch it!

Director Maruthi scored a success with the adult comedy ‘Ee Rojullo’ sometime back and he is now back again with ‘Bus Stop’. The movie has been produced by Bellamkonda Suresh and due to Dhamarukam’s delay, the film has released early today. Let us see how it is

Story :
Bus Stop largely revolves around the lives of undergraduate students but the lead character in the film is Sreenu ( Prince ). He is head over heels in love with Sailaja (Sri Divya). His friends also have their own love tracks. Rather than a set story line, the film keeps revolving around emotions and scenarios which parents and youngsters experience in real life.
The basic theme of the film is about the lifestyles of youngsters these days and the challenges faced by parents in keeping tabs. The youngsters fall in love with members of the opposite sex – some for fun and some sincerely. There is the character of Seema (Hasika) , who falls in love with one guy while she flirts around with another just to keep receiving expensive gifts.
The movie also deals with the sensitive subject of Trust between parents and children. Some love stories succeed. Some do not. And some end up with unwanted pregnancies. Who is the winner in this age old fight between teenagers and parents? That is basically what ‘Bus Stop’ is all about.

Plus Points :
If you love adult comedies, crude language and sexual humour , Bus Stop is going to be highly enjoyable for you. Youngsters will connect instantly with the dialogues and the scenarios shown in the movie and director Maruthi has ensured that the film stays true to its target audience.
Comedy quotient is maintained right through the movie and pace of narration is generally fast. Prince and Sri Divya have done a good job in the movie. More than Prince, it is Sri Divya who takes the cake with a spirited performance. Hasika who has played the character of Seema is pretty good.
Saikumar Pampana, who is seen as the son of Tiffin Center owner Panakaalu has done a good job and he brings a lot of fun into the movie. Rao Ramesh has a neat and dignified role. DMK Muralikrishna is good. The two fathers of Sailaja and Seema have portrayed their emotional struggles well.
The first half of the film will be highly enjoyable for young adults. The second half has good sentiment value and the climax message is nice. This film will have a wider appeal at the Box Office than ‘Ee Rojullo’.

Minus Points :
The movie is largely predictable and there is no novelty value in the story. The film’s coarse language and sexual humour may not be comfortable for all sections of the audience. Especially in the first half, dialogues tend to get pretty rough and vulgar.
Some of the scenes shown in the film may be a little too realistic for people to deal with – for eg, the cyber sex scene in the bathroom. The attitude of Rao Ramesh towards the romantic endeavours of his daughter will also be a little hard to accept for many.
The interval block could have been better, with more shock value.

Technical Aspects :
The film has been shot completely with a Canon 5D system and the output is commendable for the equipment used. Editing is largely good. Dialogues are crude and coarse, but then that is what this movie is about. So they do the job well. Music by JB is good and works well.
Maruthi has succeeded in coming up with an entertaining and realistic take on the lives being led youngsters and college students these days. He has the potential to be a good director. But it will be good to see if he can attempt a subject where the vulgarity is toned down.

Verdict :
If you liked ‘Ee Rojullo’, you will like ‘Bus Stop’. The film is an entertaining youth comedy with a nice message in the end. The good emotional quotient in the second half will strike a chord with parents as well as students. Some may find the vulgarity in the film a little uncomfortable, but hey, this is an A rated comedy. So you should know what you are going to watch

ARTISTS PERFORMANCE:
Rajendra Prasad's acting is ok.
Rajesh's Background music made the movie intresting.
Director fails to execute this intresting story on celluloid.
Direction is ok but dialogues are weak.

Production values are ok.Bhavani shankar's Frame of thought Is a big bouncer to us.

Synopsis:
Suleman(Vishnu) is son of Rajeswari(Sita) who elopes with a muslim(Suman), which is not liked by his brother Narsimha Naidu(Prabhu). The rivalry between the families increases day by day. Suleman changes his name to Krishna Sastry and goes to his uncle’s) house to perform homam. narsimha naidu’s daughter (Hansika) falls in love with Krishna sastry. What happens after that. Will both the families unite forms the remaining plot.

How they performed?
Vishnu improved a lot in terms of comedytiming but he appeared lean and skinny. Hansika is good and glamorous. Brahmanandam is good in the confused role. MS Narayana, Dharmavarapu, AVS, Bharath are okay. Prabhu is good in the role of factionist. Suman, Sita, Surekhavani, Pratibha fitted in their roles. Art work and Cinematography are mediocre, and the editing is okay. The story is not a new one. The Screenplay is also predictable. The Direction is mediocre. The production values are not up to the mark.

Technical Performances:-
As publicized this movie is not a sequel to ‘Dhee’ movie. It’s remake of a Malayalam flick Udhayapuram Sultan(1999). A lot of changes have been done to the original content to match our nativity, only the elopement track and the climax plot have been taken.
Vishnu changed his body language to suit to comedy but in a couple of scenes he couldn’t match. He should still improve his diction. He is okay in action episodes. Hansika looked chubby and her glamour show attracts masses. She has done her part well. She is a definite plus to the movie. Brahmanandam has become very repetitive in such roles. The remaining cast are okay.
The Music is okay. Yuvan shankar raja has given Peppy numbers. Chakri has given okay music. The songs (Pillandam keka, Pilla Neevalla) are melodious and catchy; the background score is not up to the mark. The picturisation of songs could have been better. They lack richness. Art work is poor( The same set erected for the movie Uu.. Kodathara Vulikkipadatha movie), The whole movie takes place there only. The cinematography has more jerks. Editing is okay. The story line is very old and wafer thin. The story is a mix of earlier hit flicks. The script department Konavenkat, Gopi Mohan, BVS Ravi, Marudhuri raja have succeeded in cooking some comedy episodes.
Director G.Nageswara Reddy mixed up his earlier comedy flicks Seemasastry and Seematapakai and churned out similar scenes and the script writers fitted them in this malayalam script. All the characters behave as we expect. Brahmanandam has done many such characters earlier, it is a repetitive one for him. The Medley song before climax remind us of EVV’s flicks. The first half is okay and second half is better.

Final Say:

Tuneega Tuneega Telugu Movie Review

Tuneega Tuneega is a film in which there are more dances than there are facial expressions. Besides, there are more songs than there are emotions, and there seem to be more lyrics than there are dialogues. MS Raju wanted to make a racy, musical, romance, and but he ends up giving nothing more than a not-so- exciting drama that is filled with certain hackneyed elements. It is not a love story; it not a hate story either. It is a film where some characters are seen using all the dirty tricks in the book to create a rift between our newly in love pair for their selfish ends.

Karthik (Sumanth Ashwin) and Nidhi (Riya), are better known to the world as childhood enemies. Don't go by the title, there is no element of juvenile love involving two innocent infants. Twelve years have passed without each other thinking of the other even for a single moment. And suddenly today, Karthik falls for a sensuous saree-clad Nidhi on the beach. If ever you had doubts about the saying "There is no love at first sight. There is only lust at first sight", the misgiving must go now. So much for a movie named after the first lines of a memorable song from that mature film, Manasantha Nuvve. After a scheming plot stage-managed by a side character, Karthik and his father (Prabhu plays a cook and long- time friend of Nidhi's rich father, Nagendra Babu) are forced out of the picnic camp.

In the second half, childhood enemies-turned-lovers-turned-adult avengers start the squabbling yet again. Just when you are thinking that things are back to square one, Sayaji Shinde (he plays Dr. James quite calmly and confidently) enters the scene to set the things right. More than the twosome, it is he who is concerned about the orchestrated turn of events.

Having lost his love life, the guy sets forth to make it big as a dancer, prodded by his father, who stands by our hero. There develops a chemistry between Karthik and his co-dancer, even as Nidhi boozes in a voluptuous song to disturb our hero. There follows a scene where an attempted rape (legally speaking) by Nidhi's would-be is heroically averted by Karthik. Even so, misunderstandings continue to follow, though not as quickly as the songs.

Raju makes us watch the film without complaining about the outdated elements, but the antiquity definitely occurs to us in retrospect. Comedy is situational and is dealt with maturity. However, humorous scenes are few and far between. There is no depth of emotion. The focus is on portraying Sumanth's gusto and energy, while intensity goes for a toss. As much as the director tried to infuse a musical thrum to the proceedings, they are subpar. Karthik and the millionaire daughter have total fun in the picnic as two-three families look the other way. High decibel music and so many crackers are burst to vainly elevate a scene where the hero has to help the girl catch hold of a pigeon.

The wrong faces don't add to the film's value, neither the songs raise the quotient a bit higher. It is a contest which the hero has to play because some of them do not like to see the son of a cook marry the daughter of a millionaire. The idea packed a punch for the audience of the last generation.

In any case, this question remains answered: When and how does the heroine start loving our hero? Don't know, but she will reciprocate her love on the full moon day.

A humanly impossible dance sequence, graphical birds, inapt accent of the heroine, a below average cinematography add to the artificiality.

Music should have been the film's soul. Karthik Raja's function was to stylise the film with an inventive output. He fails to do the job, but his music works perfectly for the last song.
Except the leads, the others get their act well.

Synopsis:
Eega is a live action graphical film has an animated character ‘House Fly’ in protagonist role. The story of the movie is villain Sudeep kills hero Nani (Nani).Bindu (Samantha) is love interest of Nani in the movie. Hero is later reborn as Eega (fly). Eega happens to remember what happened in it’s last birth. The rest of the story is about Eega’s indomitable effort irritate villain and take revenge on him.

How they performed?
Acting in a movie directed by Tollywood’s most successful director Rajamouli is almost once in a life time offer for Nani and he had done full justice to his character. According to the demand of the script, his role is very limited in the movie. Yet he made his mark. Samantha is too good on screen just like a girl in the next door. However, the good performances of these two were dominated by the stupendous performance of Sudeep. He delivered an extraordinary performance blend with perfect emotions. Well done matey!
Rest of the characters are okay.

Technical Performances:
A product like Eega is a first of its kind in Tollywood and the output can not be attributed to one person. Its a collective effort of Direction, VFX team, Editing team, Sound effects. Eega is the resultant of such wonderful teams worked together. The hardwork of the people in the picture and sound department is clearly visible. Senthil had rocked with superb cinematography. Keeravani is unarguably the best BGM composer in the current generation and he had lived up to the expectations. Senior Editor Kotagiri Venkateswar Rao did a good job.
Rajamouli is one director every producer is ready to give a blank cheque and wait for 20 years to make a movie with him. Rajamouli is a director every star hero would keep his current commitments aside for a movie with him. Such a director had change his path after delivering an industry hit. He did a comedy film with Sunil as the lead role and now he chose an insignificant fly as protagonist and made a convincing movie with it. Interestingly, he is able to generate the same amount of buzz as a star movie with it. He got every thing right from his part – the story, screenplay, taking, narration. He extracted everything that is required from the cast and crew of the movie.
It is not easy acting in a scene where you do not see the other actor, You will have to visualize the scene in your mind and to strike the imagination chord in every artist requires tremendous story telling talent and perfect screenplay and exactly here, Finally, Eega is a very honest attempt by Rajamouli and team. Their hard work is seen in every frame of the movie. Truly a path breaking movie in Telugu cinema. This movie is first of its kind and the box office prediction is not so easy. We will have to wait for the audience reaction to know the box office result of the movie.

Final Say:
The first half of the movie is okay. The last 20 minutes leading to intervals is very convincingly conceived. The second half of the movie is a good blend of emotion and revenge formula with several trade mark Rajamouli scenes. Taagubothu Ramesh comedy track is hilarious.

Story:
Ravi falls in financial troubles as his father is landed in jail on cheating. He wants to save his father by clearing huge sum. Meanwhile J.D Chakravarthy happens to meet Ravi and Ravi tells what had happened. Both are sincere trying hard to hit target. As they are on this mission, a land settlement case comes to them. Have they completed their mission? Has Ravi saved his father from jail will be remaining story.

Performances:

Analysis:
Can we get the attention audiences if there no any special and wow factor in the film. J.D has to know this point very first. It is very routine story and screenplay. There is novelty. All The Best film by J.D is antediluvian. Once there is enough stuff, how any one expects performance? At least there should be good elements to deliver. You don’t find anything here from anybody. Even music is also boring. This film is simple concept which is not enough to entertain audiences in any way.

Technicalities:
Dialogues are poor, photography is good but director could not use it even in songs. Music is not up to the mark feel boring to listen to songs. Direction has to be in better way. Completely All the best is sheer test of patience.

 Gangs Of Wasseypur Movie Review
Don't run to this film because it is by Anurag Kashyap. Too many characters and too lengthy a drama and there is nothing to warrant your attention unless you are a Manoj Bajpai's fan. Anurag Kashyap falls just short of being compared to Ramgopal Varma in this dragging, dreary, boring and pointless venture.

The effort is herculean yes but is there anything in the story that will make you wait for part II as well? The changing relationships of the people and the changing history of Wasseypur go hand in hand but one thing remains constant..the bloody violence and intermittent sex. Raw, rustic, detailed and tiring it will take you through Wasseypur from the 40s to the time Amitabh Bachchan's Trishul has released.

From coal mining to fishing, from sepia-tinted and black and white visuals to the time when women are stocking up fridges and using vacuum cleaners. The story is about the rivalry between the Khans and the Qureshis, it doesn't end with one killing, by the time the credits roll through Manoj Bajpai is shot but we really don't care to even ponder what could happen next to his sons in the sequel.

One line sums up the synopsis and mood of the film, "Yahan par kabootar bhi ek pankh se udtha hai or usi pankh se apna ijjath bachatha hai." There is a lot you can learn from the title, so it is replete with guns, stabbings and slaughtering people.

A man leaves his wife and takes fancy for a Bong. His kids from his first wife get the message, "Abbu paisa dena band kardiya, kaam karke do paisa kamao," and when they work instead of going to school, the enemy gives them a thousand rupee note and tells them to hand it over to their mother. This mother takes pride in herself and her husband's earnings and beats the sons black and blue but the same mother sleeps with the guardian in the house.

The director overdoes certain aspects, Khan shuttling between the two wives evokes humour not a serious story, even when his son is injured the manner in which he compels the doctor to begin the treatment in the darkness doesn't seem genuine. The end to the first part of the film is not surprising, the Bong wife takes her revenge as she has long declared she won't be the baby making machine.

Strange, nearly half of her role Durga is silent and you wonder if she is dumb, anyways it makes no difference even if she had spoken any dialogue, she has done her job well through her expressions. The casting couldn't have been better and the music too is just right and goes with the Dhanbad Hindi.

The writing is good but there is no reason in building a narrative without a purpose, it's the same and different characters stabbing and shooting. The scenes move in quick succession and it doesn't give one time to think, there is a commentary on the topography of Wasseypur but after that too many dates and timelines make it difficult to follow and have a grasp of the characters, it is only in the second half some interest moves in but it isn't a big deal.

Reema Sen and Richa Chaddha are brilliant in this boring and monotonous drama. There's lust, urge for love, revenge, loose morals, expletive language and scenes that look recycled and end no where in this Gangs of Wasseypur.

Story: 
The story is a plain story and Karunakaran had added fictitious touch of souls and rebirth. Going in to detail, Srinidhi (Tamannah) and Krishna (Ram) love each other but do not express. And in an unfortunate twist, they lose their lives. In their rebirth, Tamannah (Sravanthi) is the daughter of Indian Hidh Commisioner in UK. And in the pursuit of freedom from security, she runs away from home and comes to know about a major security glitch of his father. The goons attacks her and tries to kill her in an accident. She goes to coma and her soul roams around her father for help. No one in the world except Ram (Ram) hears her and sees her. What Ram did to save her forms the actual story.

Performance:
Ram had shown tremendous ease in dances and fights, as always. In addition, with the help of director Karunakaran, he was able to showcase good comedy in his role. He improved his body language a lot and bettered in histrionics. All the action scenes were quite stylish. His costumes were good and his look id quite refreshing.
Tamannah stole the show in the film. She is drop dead gorgeous and steals your heart with her beauty. Her emotions are apt and in perfect quantity. She doesn’t over act or underplay her role anywhere.She has evolved as an actress from the time audience saw her from her previous films.. She is unbelievably cute and the director presented her splendidly beautiful in every frame. She is  sure to win her thousands of new fans with this film. Her expressions in the second half is iconic and reference worthy for all the other import heroines.

Technical Performance:
Karunakaran is a director who maintains perfect balance story and screen play. He chose a complex story this time which revolves around rebirth and souls which he could not conceive properly. There were several conceptual glitches in the story too. The placement of songs is absurd and disrupts the flow of story many a time, Dialogues are good in parts. Music by GV Prakash is average. The background score should have been better. Cinematography by Andrew is very good. He explored Swiss locales well. Action episodes by Peter Heins (mostly inspired by Korean Movies) are good though look forced in the movie. Editing is adequate. Visual effects in songs are commendable.

Final word:
The story is quite complex and Karunakaran had failed to execute it properly. The movie lacks entertainment which makes the audience restless many a times. He failed to understand what audience expect from a Ram movie and made a mess. He could have got a minimum guarantee movie if he had utlizied Ram’s enrgy. Unfortunately, that did not happen. This movie is mainly aimed at A class audience who also does n’t seem to get convinced with it. The Box office potential of the movie is in serious doubt. This is so far, Strictly One Time Watch Movie.. But it will be good for a different Movie Lovers.

The Synopsis

Harish Chandra Prasad (Balakrishna) is a man of masses and he always keeps the welfare of the society as his priority agenda. Through a cruel coup Bobby (Balakrishna) son of Rama Krishna Prasad, is separated from the family. Will Bobby reunite with his father? Will they be able to commission the steel plant? Answers to these questions lead to a predictably gory climax.

And after 25 years, Babi meets his family but interestingly, his father does not accept him. What is the reason behind? How is the peace restored in the family and the regions forms the actual story.

The Performances

Balakrishna carries all the three roles with his usual aggressive body language and loud-mouthed dialogues. Except the makeup and costumes, no attempt has been made to give three distinct styles to the three different characters played by Balakrishna. While Saloni and Lakshmi Rai are confined to song-and-dance routine, Jayasudha is dignified in her cameo. Brahmanandam does give a few laughs. Kota Sreenivasa Rao gives a mature performance of yet another shady character. Pradeep Rawat carries himself well as a baddie. All others go through their motions in their miniscule roles.

The Techniques

It is an age-old story of father-son separation and being united later with the protagonists trying to help the community while the antagonists try to help themselves. The writer and director of this film should realise that this is the age of mature emotional responses and there is no place for silly melodrama in the name of sentiment. They should also know that the hero’s character will be elevated when there is a strong and powerful villain, like Rama vs Ravana. The story is specially written to impress Balakrishna’s fans. The dialogues are dramatic no doubt, but would suit more to a stage play than a movie. The music is not a strong point, though the background score is. Cinematography is good.

The Verdict

Adhinayakudu is custom-made for Balakrishna’s fans and they would lap it up regardless. For the general film going public, there is not much of a drama or entertainment. Political satire is an entirely different ball game from a character mouthing political criticism in a mass masala film. Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's 'Gabbar Singh' is finally here. Check out the first talk of this movie from premiere-show screens.
As everyone knows, the story is simple where a hero takes revenge against a baddie who plays spoilsport with his family. The movie is a delight for Pawan's fans to watch their heartthrob's entry on a horse. Whole first of the movie is dominated by Powerstar's punch dialogues and hilarious comedy scenes. With Pawan as their captain, all the comedians in department have done their part to take this movie to a serious interval. While narration is a big slow in second half, the fighting scenes remain highlight showing the stamina of Pawan. One will definitely forget the original 'Dabangg' after watching 'Gabbar Singh'. Pawan in title role and Abhimanyu Singh as villain have rocked the screen with Shruti Hassan playing a perfect romantic interest of the hero and Malaika shaking masses with her curves.

Technically, GS is etched with high standard production values. Ram-Laxman's fights and awesome background score stand atop. Jayanan Vincent's camera work looked awesome for this hilarious entertainer by scoring 100 marks in songs.

Overall, this movie gives a break for Shruti Hasan from the iron leg talk. Pawan's fans anyway get the double treat of what they have experienced from 'Racha' during the start of this season. Watch out for our review!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s most eagerly anticipated flick ‘Gabbar Singh’ will be hitting the screens tomorrow and there are incredible expectations surrounding the film.The movie has been directed by Harish Shankar and Shruti Haasan is the heroine. . We have been treated to an exclusive special show so let us see how the movie is.

Story :
Venkatarathnam Naidu (Pawan Kalyan) is the son of Suhasini and the stepson of Naidu (Nagineedu). He loves Gabbar Singh’s character from Sholay and so he decides to call himself ‘Gabbar Singh’. He grows up into a daring and dashing but highly eccentric police officer. He is posted to his hometown of Kondaveedu and he decides to rid the population of law and order problems. This brings him into direct confrontation with Siddhappa Naidu (Abhimanyu Singh), the local goonda and a political aspirant.
As Gabbar Singh goes about confronting Siddhappa Naidu, he comes across Bhagyalakshmi ( Shruti Haasan ) and falls in love with her. Things get murky as the story proceeds and strong human emotions like jealousy, hatred and greed come to the fore. Will Gabbar Singh be able to stop Siddhappa Naidu’s atrocities? What price will he have to pay to achieve his goals? That forms the rest of the story.
The movie is an adaptation of Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg’ and is not a straight remake. There are major changes in the story and in the treatment of characters.

Plus Points :
Pawan Kalyan is simply outstanding in the role of Gabbar Singh and he delivers beautifully on all counts. Pawan Fans will go into raptures of delight with his comedy, punch dialogues and mannerisms. He is excellent as always in the action sequences and he has performed some mass dances this time around.
Shruti Haasan looks beautiful and innocent as the simple village girl. She does not have too much screen presence but she has done justice to whatever was given to her. Ali entertains as constable Samba and his scenes with Pawan are good. Brahmanandam rocks as Recovery Agent Ranjith Kumar. Suhasini and Nagineedu are decent in their respective roles.
Abhimanyu Singh is just about ok as Siddhappa Naidu. Rao Ramesh is good in a brief role. Happy Days fame Gayatri gets a radically different character in the film and she will score points with the front benchers.
The first half moves along at an incredible pace and it is highly entertaining with some solid dialogues. Some scenes like the one where Pawan makes an entry in a rickshaw with Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Ee petaku nene mestri’ playing in the background will score major brownie points with fans. Comedy quotient is high throughout most of the film. The antyakshari block in the police station is hilarious. The romantic track between Pawan and Shruti is very entertaining and it has been conceived very well by Harish Shankar.
All the songs have been shot very well and ‘Dil Se’, ‘Pilla’ and ‘Gabbar Singh’ songs will stand out for beautiful visuals. Malaika Arora sizzles in ‘Kevvu Keka’ and this song will entice B and C center crowds.

Minus Points :
Ajay has a very small role and does not have much to do. Same goes for Kota Srinivasa Rao. Except for the ‘Mandu Babulam’ song, he does not have any significant role in the film. There have been some major changes in the script, particularly in the second half and perhaps, the original storyline from Dabangg should have been used. Tanikella Bharani’s role does not do justice to his talent.
The pace of narration dips slightly in the second half and care should have been taken to match the first half’s tempo. The required emotional depth is missing in the run up towards the climax. The climax sequence could have been handled better. The voice used to dub for Shruti Haasan is a little odd.

Technical Aspects :
Cinematography is outstanding and the film has great visuals. In particular, the songs shot in Europe are beautiful and DI work is impressive. Editing is OK but some care should have been taken in the second half. Fights have been conceived well.
Devi Sri’s music is a major asset to the film and background score is impressive. Special mention must be made of Harish Shankar’s dialogues. They are a major asset for the film and when delivered in Pawan’s trademark fashion, the effect is outstanding. Harish succeeds brilliantly in the first half as a director but fails to repeat that brilliance in the second half.

Verdict :
Pawan Kalyan’s fans will have a very enjoyable time while watching Gabbar Singh. The movie has good comedy, superb dialogues and some very entertaining episodes from Pawan. A faster second half and a better climax block would have really elevated the film. Still, the sheer brilliance of the first half and a sterling performance from Pawan make Gabbar Singh a solidly entertaining watch. Thumbs up for Gabbar Singh.

Analysis:
The movie runs completely in CMYK mode (CMYK is the color mode in which the total movie highlights with 4 basic colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key(black) we have movies like Yama Donga, Magadheera in this format).
Though this movie is the remake of Dabbang we will not find the most of the similarities with that movie.
Some major changes in the story has been made in entertaining way. 40% of the story has been changed as per the nativity of the telugu audience.
Pawan Kalyan entrance is made with a mighty fight which was composed by Ram-Laxman in funny manner. Later the scene shifts to the Rajasthan desert locations with army men having guns and missiles along with them.
Getting into the flashback episodes the Harish Shankar added some dose over these scenes. The flashback was made to run more than 7 minutes to elevate the relationship between the mother and son.
Sruthi Hassan is pretty and looks gorgeous in sarees. Her acting like an innocent village girl is good and Kota Srinivasa Rao is best upto his mark as heroine's father.
The duration of first half is around one hour. It totally runs in speed pace without boring for half second. The first half of the movie will be the best ever for PK fans.
Interval fight at railway station is good.
Coming to second half the movie gets into some emotional scenes and gets slow down as the depth in the story is being evaluated.
Dilse song is picturised in romantic way after the marriage of the lead roles in the movie.
Ajay is superb as Pawankalyan's brother and this movie is going to be the one of the milestone for his career. Gayatri (Happy Days fame Appu) is the lady love of the Ajay.
Kevv Keka song may disappoint fans in the first half of the song. But the song gets into peaks as Pawan Kalyan enters the screen from the second half of the screen. Pawan dance is superb with slow motion steps.
Climax is going to be one of the best among the movie of Pawan Kalyan.It is the another highlight of the movie.



Story:
Balaji Sakthivel the director of Premiste and Kalasala known for his realistic and dark themes is back with his recent offering Premalo Padite with relatively new faces to the Telugu industry. The movie also marks the active entry of UTV into the Tamil industry. Considering the big names like Ronnie Screwvala, Lingu Swamy and Balaji Sakthivel who are behind the film, the expectations are also high especially among the critics. Let us have a look at the film.

Performance Analysis:
Balaji Sakthivel knows how to extract acting from the new comers. He has done the same in this movie. All the four protagonists in the film Sri and Urmila Mahanta have done a fantastic work and their performance was on par with experienced actors. The actors donning the roles of the friends namely Mithun Murali and Manisha Yadav have done justice to their roles.

The dubbing artists have done a great work and their voices perfectly suited the characters on the screen. Suresh Kondeti’s cameo comes as a surprise in one of the songs. It was certainly a bold decision but was not well taken by the audience.

Technical Analysis:
The cinematography by Vijay Milton is okay and the film made use of Canon EOS 7D digital camera for the filming. However, the camera handling was rough probably, in an attempt to give the realistic feel to the movie. The production values were apt as one of the producers Lingu Swamy himself is a notable director.

Noted guitarist R. Prasanna, replaced Balaji Sakthivel’s usual associate Joshua Sridhar. The move does not seem to have worked for the music was just okay. The dialogues were decent in parts. Dialogue translator should have put in an extra effort to make the movie palpable to the Telugu Audience. The editing should have been better.

The story was realistic like any Balaji Sakthivel’s film; the movie deals with the love between people separated by the strata in the society. However, there is a twist waiting in the characterization.

The screenplay certainly does not stand up to the expectations. There is no movement in the story in the first half. It is only in the second half that we see some pace in the movie.

Premalo Padite is a film that has created some expectations in the audience who have earlier liked the film Premiste. The movie is certainly realistic and the idea of intertwining two teenage love stories is good. The story also encompassed many of the realistic elements. However, the idea was not executed properly. The first half had a very boring narration and the second half unlocks some of the riddles left by the screenplay in the first half. It is the second half that normal audience will start understanding the film. Second half also has some hard-hitting and bold scenes.

The movie also cautions the parents about the present day youth and sends strong message to the society. However, the movie is not meant for family audience and weak hearts. Too many crying scenes that suit only the Tamil audience fail to impress the Telugu speaking audience. The strong message in the movie is bound to impact you and will haunt you for some time.
